We are about 200 yards from the train tracks we will get trains passing about 3 times a day on average sometimes this can be heard from inside the house. If you are sensitive to intermittent noise this is something, you want to consider. Well water - The water is full of minerals and iron, its clean, safe, and treated with 2 water softeners, but still may taste or smell unpleasant to you.
